Only take book and slip (including paying unless already made online) together (There are replacement slips that need to be completed).
check slip is com,pleted with licence number and signature
record method pf payment / write on slip date received and you name
record this also on equipment sales sheet
If cash leave in licence book along with slip
If card payment print copy of receipt from pdq and staple to back of slip and leave in licence book
hand all book to sensei and end of each class
